Bon Art Gallery is among the finest art galleries in New Delhi for promotion of Contemporary Art. Our motto is, “New art for a New India”. And our vision is to promote talented artists of India and other countries. In fact Bon Art is uniquely blessed with an art collection ranging from Latin America to Europe and Asia. We provide them a platform to move forward in their career and to exhibit along with some of the renowned masters.

The gallery is also committed to promoting artists whose high quality work holds good value for money for the collectors and provides an adequate reward for the artists ‘creative talent.

Terms of Sale/Bookings –

The works are booked or sold subject to the following conditions:

• All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, packaging, insurance and courier charges which will be charged extra as per actual cost incurred.
• VAT 12.5% is chargeable on all sales within India. No VAT will be charged on exports if the goods are shipped outside India and payment is received in foreign exchange.
• Local delivery within Delhi is free of cost.
• Bon Art gallery gets the paintings professionally packed so that the artwork reaches its customer safely. In case there is any damage to the shipment during transit, Bon Art will not be responsible. However, Bon Art gallerywill help the customer in recovering the compensation for the damage from the courier and insurance companies.
• All disputes are subject to the courts in Delhi.

Framing:

All orders placed from outside India for paintings will be shipped in rolls without framing to minimize shipping and handling costs. However, if you would like us to send you the order with a custom frame, please email us at info@bonart.in .

Insurance 
All international shipments are insured for any damage during transit at the cost of the buyer. Insurance amount is informed to all overseas customers at the time of booking of the order.
Important 
Please check your local custom regulations before ordering any shipments.
Returns & Refunds 
Due to Indian custom rules, the paintings/sculptures are sold on no return basis.
Payment Options 
The following are the different payment options available at Bon Art gallery. Your order will be processed once full payment has been received and credited to our account.

Demand Draft/Cheque to be made in favour of: Bon Art Gallery payable in New Delhi.

International Payments

Bank Transfers 
You can also make the payment through Bank transfer. Please remember to send us the full details of the transfer through email/fax after it has been affected.
